If no service provider is available for your chosen day and time, we will contact you to set up a new schedule to suit you.

Can I choose the service provider?

It is not possible to choose the service provider. Dona Rosa will allocate a provider who has availability on the selected day and time.

How to book a Dona Rosa service?

What happens if I am not present on the scheduled day and time?

If no one is present at the chosen time interval, you will be charged an absence fee of $15.
